Goddess Lakshmi has a reputation for bringing prosperity and good fortune. Lotus is the Goddess’ favourite flower she sits on an open Lotus. Lakshmi Devi is offered white coloured fragrant flowers such as Tuberose and Mogra, along with non-fragrant varieties like white chrysanthemum, every Wednesday.
Various items prepared using rice are the best food to offer Goddess Laxmi for her blessing. Kheer (rice with sugar and milk) or payasam, (rice mixed in jaggery), are the best offerings. Yellow food is also offered to Goddess Laxmi. In some areas, Chana dal with mixed jaggery can be offered. Kesar (saffron), is another auspicious food item. Bananas and other yellow-coloured fruits can be offered.

This session is free of a fixed charge. You can participate in this session without any financial contribution. However, If you feel that you can help our cause, you are welcome to contribute. Most of our programs are live online programs and the facilitators spend the same amount of time as the seekers or participants. This is quite different to a recorded session, where you pay a fee for access or learn through recorded YouTube videos. There the facilitators do not spend equal time with you. Our leadership team and set of volunteers make their daily earnings through other professions and not through the revenue from Vedicology India. All of us are here to support certain common causes. Our cause is twofold. Spread the ancient knowledge to as many people as possible and empower the needy and suffering among us with whatever little support possible.
