“Brahma Muhurta – The best time to create yourself.” Undoubtedly the above saying is indeed true. Our elders and teachers always advise us to wake up early in the morning to do our studies. I have read many articles that also state that Brahma Muhurta is considered the best time of the day. As it is the perfect time for learning and acquiring long-lasting remembrance of a particular topic. However, being an early riser is my cup of tea. But still, I push myself and decide to try this and check whether it’s right for all or not? And, surprisingly, it is 100% effective and true.

What is Brahma Muhurta

In the ancient ages, people did not have any watch to figure out what time of the day it is? So, they decoded the movement of the sun and moon to get an idea about the time. Every day is divided into six parts for 4 hours each, i.e. 6 am to 10 am and end at 2 am to 6 am. The last part of the day that falls between 2 is to 6 am consists of Brahma Muhurta time. In the Vedic ages, Gurus always ask their Shishyas to recite their Vedas and practise Yoga in this Muhurtha. They had a belief that this is the best time for attaining Brahma Jnanam

Mythological Concept of Brahma Muhurta

As per Vedas, this Muhurtha believed to be a time influenced by Lord Brahma, the world’s creator. Brahmi Muhurtha precisely the time of 96 minutes just before the sunrise. Further, it is bifurcated into 4 Ghatika or 2 Muhurthas of 48 minutes each. Traditionally, people considered it an auspicious duration for studying, worshipping, practising yoga, etc.

Active Brain Cells in Brahma Muhurta

A human brain cell seems to be more active in the early hours of the day. These hours considered being the golden hours. As whatever you will study during this time is more likely to stay in your mind for long. All you need a notepad and a pencil or pen for making your notes. And then try to learn the notes in Brahma Muhurta time. Even there are a lot of chances that you will memorize the notes very quickly.

Stress-Free Study Sessions

When you wake up early in the morning, you are at the utmost relaxation stage. You can easily plan your timetable for finishing your revisions effectively. And, this makes study sessions comparatively more stress-free tasks especially when you have no concerns. So, start waking up early and score good marks.

Brahma Muhurta Time for Self-Introspection

The Brahma Muhurta time is perfect to establish your goals. Also, you have to decide how much you can push yourself to achieve them. Every morning gives you a feeling of new beginnings. At the same time, psychologically, you need to gear yourself for hitting the targets. In simple words, we can say that waking up early boosts your willpower to do the best.

No Social Media Bees

All of us open books for studying at night, but instead of doing that, we shift our focus to tech gadgets. Like us, our friends are also not habitual of waking up early in the morning. It means no social media distractions during the Brahma Muhurta time. Merely it is 4 am, the time for the virtual world to be in silent mode. From that point of view, early morning will be the best study time if you are a social media distractor.

Brahma Muhurta Morning Silence – Ray of Being Optimistic

Night studies may have some contribution of dead silence, but sometimes it seems to be depressing. On the other hand, early morning silence is considered to be the most cheerful feeling. If you are residing in the natural gateways, you can enjoy the mesmerizing birds’ chirping sound with a breeze. To be precise, starting your day with a beautiful view will boost your mood. You can concentrate on your studies to score good marks on a test in such an amazing mood. So, gather some optimism and help yourself with more concentrating forces.
