Eyelid twitching is a temporary issue. Some common causes include anxiety, overuse of caffeine, eye dryness, fatigue, dust or smoke particles, stress, and deficiency of vitamins or nutrients. Types of Eye Twitching
Eye twitching is of three types ranging from mild to critical conditions. In the case of eyelid cramp, tics occur for a few seconds, either one eye or both. Most eye twitching problems last for a few seconds or a day. You can let this problem go by following some home remedies. You must limit drinking coffee or soda drinks to stop eye flicking. Make sure you sleep more. You must stop drinking alcohol and smoking too. You must sleep for 8hours a day. Try not to get stressed. If you face eye twitching for a longer time, apply some warm water to your eyes. Gently massage your eyelids with the help of your fingers. If your eye blinks uncontrollably for more than two days, then consult a doctor. Minor medications will keep to relaxed.
